WINDSOR SQUARE HISTORIC DISTRICT
Laundry Room Addition, 2018
Clients had their laundry in their detached garage of this 1950's charmer. They wanted to build a dedicated laundry room addition off of their living room/kitchen area. It required rerouting electrical, hvac, and upgrading sewer connections, but in the end... it resulted in a seamless addition blending into existing historic footprint. We even found a salvage door to match the existing interior doors of home. Tres’ magnifique!

Homeowners had a niche off of sitting room they wanted to turn into a bar area - the showgirl wallpaper was the starting inspiration for the rest of the design - Custom shelving, quartz counter, custom painted cabinet with built-in beverage refrigerator, recessed lighting added -- Love this one!

Lisa did a complete remodel on my 1940’s home that hadn’t quite been modernized, creating an updated, beautiful home that I love coming home to every day. In 2 months flat, she had the house demo’d, tiled, painted, walls framed and dry-walled, electric updated, and an entire kitchen built from scratch. For part of the remodel, I was living in the home. All of her sub-contractors were incredibly kind, respectful of my space, and skilled at what they do.
